30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all HyperArc Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied with HyperArc Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@hyperarc.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address you used for your purchase so we can locate your order.
- We will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After a Refund
- Your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to HyperArc.
- Your local data (indexed files, embeddings, settings) will not be affected.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Each customer is eligible for one refund. If you purchase again after a refund, subsequent purchases are not eligible for a second refund.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
