30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all HyperArc Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied with HyperArc Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@hyperarc.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address you used for your purchase so we can locate your order.
  3. We will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After a Refund

  • Your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to HyperArc.
  • Your local data (indexed files, embeddings, settings) will not be affected.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Each customer is eligible for one refund. If you purchase again after a refund, subsequent purchases are not eligible for a second refund.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
